Harness Files | Interview with Janice & Reggie
We have a winner, ladies and gentlemen!
Back in 2019, we introduced a new series to our blog called the Harness Files! This is where we reach out to customers who’ve made noticeable impressions to our team online and we ask them about their experience with the Joyride Harness (formerly known as Pug Life Harness) and their fur baby.
This interview is a special case as we’ve connected with one of the winners of our weekly Joyride Harness giveaways, Janice Serdensky Vaughn!
From the giveaway win, Janice received the following:
What an exciting haul! Even more exciting? Introducing you to this pup!
Meet Reggie
JRH: How Reggie join your family?
Janice: Reggie’s previous owner was unable to take care of him anymore and we learned through a Boxer Lovers group that he needed a new home.
JRH: How would you describe the joy that he brings to your life?
Janice: Reggie is a happy, loving, playful, fun dog! He truly is a joy to be around and he loves everybody. He helped teach his sister Millie, who was rescued from a puppy mill, how to be a pet after she joined our family. He is a great brother and companion dog to her!
JRH: How would you describe the walking experience before Joyride Harness?
Janice: Reggie is a big dog at 90 pounds. He gets excited when he sees other dogs and people and it took all my strength to control him due to the heavy pulling. I learned about Joyride Harness because I follow the dog Tucker Budzyn on Instagram.
JRH: How has the Joyride Harness improved your walking experience?
Janice: The Joyride Harness is very sturdy and does not loosen if he pulls, plus the side rings have been a big help to stop him from pulling so much. We now own more than one because we also love the different colors and prints.
JRH: If your dog could spend the entire day doing his favorite things, what would that look like?
Janice: Reggie would go for a walk around the neighborhood in the morning and eat a treat after. He would run in the backyard with his sister Millie and play with his favorite ball, or play at the dog park. When the weather is nice he loves to lie outside and nap or watch people go by. At night he would snuggle with his sister.
JRH:If your were to cast an actor to do the voice of your dog in a live action dog movie, who would it be?
Janice: Jason Sudeikis
