Return policy

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR UP TO 60 DAYS. WE OFFER FREE EXCHANGES (FOR ANY ITEM OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE) AND FREE RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT. FOR RETURNS TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT THERE IS A RETURN SHIPPING FEE OF $6.95.

We know that your fur baby will love their new gear but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept Like New items that are unwashed with tags intact for return or exchange within 60 days from the delivery date.

While we encourage trying the harness out, please make sure the original hangtag is still attached and the item is clean and free of any dog hair. Please check the inside of the harness as well as the inside of the Velcro strap. Harnesses that have been chewed or damaged by our customers' beloved fur babies are no longer eligible for return or exchange. This also applies to items that have been cut or damaged when opening the package. Your order will arrive in a tear-resistant poly mailer, but please use caution and DO NOT OPEN WITH SHARP OBJECT.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item if it isn't a pawfect fit or just isn't quite right for your fur baby. Exchanges are free and now even quicker than before!

You'll receive a prepaid return label and once your exchange is dropped off at the Post Office, your package will be marked as in transit and your new order will be created and shipped! The sooner you return the original, the faster you’ll receive the replacement! Once your new order confirmation email is received, please allow 1-3 business days for your exchange to complete processing and for tracking to become available. If we are experiencing a high volume of requests, this may be delayed by a few days.

Returns for Store Credit

Returns sent back for store credit are also free!

You'll receive a prepaid return label and once your item has been inspected and the return approved, you will then receive an email confirmation with a digital gift card to use towards your next purchase. *Please note the original shipping fee (if applicable) is not included in your store credit balance unless the order was a mistake or error on our part.

Returns for Refund

Returns sent back for a refund to the original payment method are subject to a $6.95 flat fee to cover the charge of the prepaid label to get that item back to us. This Return Shipping Fee is deducted from your total refund. *Please note the original shipping fee (if applicable) is not refunded unless the order was a mistake or error on our part.

Once your item has been inspected and the return approved, you will then receive an email confirmation that the refund has been processed on our end. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement once that confirmation is received.
