Returns are easy and can be done within 60 days. Exchanges are fast & easy as well, both done online through our return portal.
My dog shape is very unique, can I measure instead of sizing by weight?
es absolutely. You can go to the size chart for instructions on how to measure your dog to find the right size here: size chart.
Does this harness also help with pulling?
Yes! The side rings work as a no pull trainer, if you hook the leash onto the side rings and your dog pulls, it will deter them by stopping their pulling and spinning them around to face you. Repeat this practice, use treats for positive reinforcement and soon they will stop pulling altogether.
How long will these last with daily use?
These harnesses are very durable and will last for years and years... we still have people who are using their harness when our company first started out 7 years ago.
Can these be washed?
YES! Except for the LED Light up harness, all of the harnesses and accessories can be machine washed on a gentle cycle and hung to dry.
