When measuring the girth of your dog’s chest, you’ll want to measure around the thickest part of the chest.
The best way to measure is to use a soft measuring tape.
The ones made from metal, like a classic measuring tape from a hardware store, are less ideal. If you must use one of these, make sure it’s very snug to the dog’s body when measuring and subtract 1 inch off the final measurement. The reason for this is because these types of measuring tapes tend to get kinks, which enlarges the true measurement slightly.
If your dog is in between sizes, we recommend you GO UP A SIZE.

Of course! Our dog harness with side rings isn’t just made to alleviate or eliminate pulling, but it’s a solution for dog owners and dog walkers that have a hard time getting other harnesses on their dog. It’s easy on and easy off! That, and it’s super comfortable for dogs to wear. Collars and other tight harnesses risk damage to the body like the trachea. If your dog isn’t a puller, we recommend using the main back clip on the spine's attachment point.

That depends on the make of the harness. Our harnesses on the other hand were designed to be a training tool to alleviate and eliminate the amount of pulling dogs dish out on walks. The side ring technology is what makes this work, in addition to the distribution and structure of the fabric.

Every Houdini finds their end and the escapes stop here! These are great for dogs that tend to get out of their harness. You see, dogs are able to escape harnesses due to lack of adjustability for the perfect fit. Even a slight discrepancy in how the harness fits may allow your furbaby to find a way to get out of it. Q :Can I use these harnesses for my cat?
Can I use these harnesses for my cat? We are pro-cat and have customers who have used our harnesses for their cats with no issues, but we do want to remind you…cats are made of liquid so there’s risk with any harness unless it’s the perfect fit. Keep that in mind while you shop!
Q :Do I still use this harness once my dog stops pulling?
Of course! Once the harness has trained your dog to walk beside you, you can start using the main D-ring on the back-center of the harness. You can use the side ring for accessories or leave it be! Up to you.

We’ve had this harness about a year now and it’s held up well. We’re out in the yard a few nights a week and when it gets dark it’s perfect for spotting where our all black Loki is. Only complaint I have is the plug for the charge port never really wanted to seat properly and with play eventually popped off. But the system is still going strong through all the seasons. It was definitely a solid choice.
I got the extra small for our papillion she is 7lbs the buckle hits on her left front leg the harness is too bulky for her the velcro strap is too wide and too short I tried adjusting it out to move harness back so the buckle would not hit her leg but when adjusted all the way out the oversize buckle still hits leg . I would have returned harness but wife wants to see if it will fit better when she is full growin between 8 and 9 lbs but I doubt it will.

We like these harnesses. We like there is a place for our dogs name. On one of our dogs, the harness has to be continually adjusted because it slides and gets too big on her and comes off. We tried to secure it with tape but it still slides too big.

This is my second Joyride harness. The first one started to wear out, mostly because my dog grew out of it. It fits well and makes leash walking more comfortable.

The light feature doesn’t last long but it’s cute when it’s on. Sizes run a bit small so go up a size if you are close to the maximum.

The harness works well. But the packet of tags for one of the two harnesses was missing. Sent e-mail to customer service on Nov 26 requesting to send missing part but as of today, Dec.17 have not heard from customer service.
